Hugh Jackman Workout Routine
Hugh Jackman split his routine into 2 phases, each done for 6-12 weeks. First he performed a muscle gaining routine that utilized slow reps. He took as long as 4 seconds up and down to perform a lift. After this phase, he performed strength training where his goal was solely to lift as heavy as possible. At the end of each session, Jackman participated in boot camp to blast fat. He performed a HIIT workout routine and bodyweight workouts for an hour and a half.
